Circus Classes

I always liked circuses, since I was a little girl I loved to go and watch them.....not because of the monkeys and other  animals but because I found it amusing to see pretty girls dancing and doing the coolest things I since those days my dreams were always to one day become somewhat like them. When I lived in Venezuela I looked for classes but never found them because the idea of taking circus classes seems a bit crazy. However I when i came to live here in Brazil I found circus classes at the Companhia Atletica. At first I felt uncomfortable about atetending those classes because I thought it was just like juggling and those things. When I went to the classes I saw how the students were learning to do a lot of different jumps that are similar to the ones in cheereleading, flips, and flexibility activities.
This was perfect for me and exactly what I needed when i needed it! Since I was doing cheerleading, circus classes would truly help me because I would be able to practice my jumps, stunts, and flips more. I was amazed at how much talent one of the teachers had at olny the age of 17. He as well as the other teachers had a specific talent that they were willing to share to us so that we can be inspired by their acts. I think that my special talent is my flexibility. Due to my ballet, cheerleading, and other dancing activities my flexibily got very developed and managable so that I can always go back and be even more flexible.
In the future I hope to be even better at what I enjoy duing so much. I practice 2 days a week for an hour and a half and since I started I can see some clear improvement and less fear toward hights, falling, and breaking my bones!

Heath Ledger

Heath Ledger is to me, one of the greatest actors thatever existed. He had a lot of spirit and when it came to playing a significant role, he really knew exactly how to get into the role. Unfortunatly it was too much and that led to his death. He was born in Western Australia, in Perth, April 1979. In High school he picked to do drama enstead of cooking and even though hes mates didn't apreciate his obvious talent, later he dropped out of school hoping to become the actor Hollywood needed. At the age of 17 him and his friend headed out to Sydney to persuade an acting career. He wasn't very fortunate and he got his first acting job in a low budjet film in 1997. The name of the film was Blackrock. Not until 1999 when he played a funcky character in 10 Thing I Hate About You.
A problem that Heath had in becoming an actor is that he was already tagged with being a "pretty boy" and an actor of not much depth. For five years he desperatly tried to sway this image that was stuck with him away. In all of his films that I saw he always managed to convince me that he was truly that character. He was last seem on screen in The Dark Night as the Joker. Unfortunatly for the world lost one of it's best actors in January 22, 2008 in his apartment in Manhattan. It was found that he died of overdose of perscription drugs to sleep and anty-anxiety medication. He was having a lot of personal problems when he played the Joker because he was beleiving that he truly was that person.
Even though the world lost him in a way he still lives inside many of us because his performances penetrated us and left a mark that will never be forgotten.

Escuela Campo Alegre

One of the places that I had to leave and I will always remember with a smile is my old school. When I lived in Venezuela I attended Escuela Campo Alegre in Caracas. In my opinion it is the best school the world has ever known simply because of their teachers, students, activites, and infrastructure. It is placed on top, in between and on a mountain whi makes it look even bigger than it already is. The best part about the infrastrucure to me besides the fact hat it had numerous courts, aditoriums ect. is the way that the classes are set. Each grade or section is like a totally diffrent world. Each building came with an auditorium and other rooms like art classes, and courts.

I made many significnant friendships that I am sure that will last forever. I made best friends and met role models. Every da when I was smaler I used to disobey the rules during recess time because otherwise it wasn´t fun. I learned to trust people in order to not get in trouble and to have fun without using technology. Many people always ask me if I do gymnastics or somehing similar because I am capable of doing acrobatics. I used to simply answer that no, I hadnt had any classes but at recess in ECA I always practiced crazy things with my friends.

The teachers are known for their pacience and their determination to help you any time that you have problems.  Mr. Dillon the, current high school principal, used to be my language arts teacher when I lived in Venezuela. I rememeber when I was going to move to Brasil he had to help me do my test because I had fractured y right hand. That was a very admirable act that I will always remember because he had infinite pacience.

I did a lot of activities in that school such as drama, swimming, ballet, an others. I liked it the most because it didn´t feel at all like an obligation. It was something that I really wanted to do. My ballet teacher was called Ms.Mariana and ever since I was litte I andmired her lithe movements and undescribable beauty. Every year we had a show and I felt like I learned alot from her..... this oes not only inlclude dance moves.

Starbucks

Starbucks, THE BEST COFEE SHOP EVER, has been around the world to please us since 1971. The name comes from Herman Melville’s Moby Dick, a classic American novel about the 19th century whaling industry. The first Starbucks opened in seattle with the objective to feed the people in Seattle with only the finest of the world´s coffee that had to be imported. Most of their coffee comes from Latin America, Africa and the Pacific. They have stores located in more the 30 countries and each of them cary comfortable places to sit and relax whether it s to think, work, or gossip with your friends.

If there is something that they have plenty of it´s food and offcourse beverages. They have yougurts, patries, cakes and cheesecakes, muffins, salads, sandwiches, and hot paninis that you can enjoy while you drink up. They have juices, frappuccinos and other blended beverages, and apart from that they have hot tea and coffee like cappuccino.
My personal favorite is the coffee frappuccino because it is very taste ful and yet simple. I like to put 3 diffrent kinds of sugar and cinamon on it to give it the "Yormin" touch to it! and I love the blueberry muffins that they make because of their size. I take a lot of time to eat it and after I am done I feel really satisfied.
